When you’re too busy working on your sites or developing your web apps, you barely have enough time to check what’s going on with your VPS server – if it is under stress or whether all the services are running correctly. With our Optional Admin Services package, we’ll do this instead of you. Your virtual server will be added to a custom–built monitoring system and whenever there’s a sign of a trouble, our skilled tech support engineers will be alerted instantly.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup of all your data is compulsory – one never knows when something would go wrong. And having signed for our Optional Admin Services deal, you can enjoy weekly backups of your whole VPS, not only of your content, without you having to install and configure anything. What’s more all the backups will be saved on a server with numerous RAID–configured hard disk drives. This means that your hosted content will always be safe and sound, twenty–four–seven.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Server, you have complete freedom to run any script or service on your server. However, some scripts are harder to run and might require some additional setup from you. That’s where our Optional Admin Services option will help you out. It features 30 min of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – in other words you will be able to basically hire one of our skilled server admins for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of software package that you want. Or have him solve a trouble that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and it is an extra feature for our KVM VPS Servers.
